This breakfast event will be held at The Tower Club in Tysons, Virginia. 

About the Speaker

Scott Parker is the UAS Security Branch Chief for Infrastructure Security within the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, he leads efforts to enhance the security and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure against cyber and physical threats from uncrewed aircraft systems.

Prior to this position, he served as the Advanced Threats Security Branch Chief where he advised critical infrastructure partners in mitigating risk posed by cyber-physical system convergence and autonomous vehicles. He also managed the DHS Soft Targets and Crowded Places Executive Steering Committee that was responsible for coordinating and communicating Department-wide efforts to protect public gatherings.

Before joining CISA, he served 27 years in the U.S. Army and held several leadership positions in airborne, intelligence and special operations organizations.
